I've been an account holder for iPage's Hosting and Domain Registration for a number of years, and have gotten extremely good support. Their servers deliver and have not created any problems for me.
The biggest PLUS for iPage is their HUMAN PERSON customer support who has always solved my problems. Even if I've taken my daily "dumb pill", they happily address my concerns and tell me how to fix the problem.
I am not a pro, but the ease with which the iPage WebBuilder can be used is reassuring. Everything on your website is intuitive, and if I have a question, I just initiate a chat to seek support. When I use a chat for technical or any other type of support, I expect quick reaction and that my issue be resolved in full. I feel I am getting exactly that from iPages' Customer Support. You guys concentrate on the few core things that really matter. Thank you!
